      Free lunch, snacks, and coworkers on my team.

      Cons

      Leadership is the worst that I have ever experienced. Have no idea how to make calculated decisions that will better the company and act in the most unprofessional manner that I have seen in such a big company.

      Free lunch. Thats pretty much it.

      The C-staff and others make poor and shay decisions with the recent layoffs. They do not represent the core KT values they promise. Objectivley false promise after the 1st round of layoffs in February, Then more lies right after the "sudden" 2nd round of layoffs. The good reviews from ealrier this year is because the CEO told us to post those reviews not knowing the the shady decisions and layoffs would occur. If you respect yourslef, go look somewhere else that value you and not how KT value their employees.
