      Management always delivers smooth talk and big promises, for which one is receptive.

      Cons

      Current data indicates a widening gap between departmental payouts; account management departments such as Sales and Customer Success are relatively aligned with the market, but finance departments such as Collections and Billing fall below industry standards, not revised since fiscal years 2021-2023. The delay in delivering promised salary adjustments, lack of transparent communication, poor empathy and workload on understaffed team is creating a culture of frustration and stalling progress.
