Pros

Lot's of really talented people came through KeepTruckin, amazing workplace staff, free lunch, the trucking community, decent product, decent benefits

Cons

Leadership is top heavy and ineffective, don't take responsibility for their own missteps and place blame on ICs for their own failures. Processes were lackluster and directly affected the customer experience. No opportunity for advancement unless you are a yes-man.

Pros

Pay, benefits, and that's about it

Cons

They are con artists, they sold us on this huge expansion into local but they were NOT ready for local. Competitors products are far more superior and for some reason this company wanted to raise prices. AR team is not good at all, they don't understand what the prospects are saying and it sounds like a huge call center. Most prospect I talked to hated the customer experience going through the AR's. Terrible upper management decision making

Pros

Had good perks- lunch, snacks, nooks&pillows, ping pong table Good health insurance Nice office/location Filled with smart people that are doing their best.

Cons

The substance is the problem. 1. Communication. "Transparency" is a value, but rarely practiced. Leaders' calendars are hidden, few people know what is happening outside their vertical, leaders obfuscate about how the company is doing and then "transparently" tell us why they made decisions after the fact. 2. HR is a mess. They recently got a new CPO, but he hasn't been able to make much change. There is rarely follow-up from HR, I've seen and heard of investigations being stalled for months, gotten wrong information on employment laws or company policies, and quite frankly, I am scared of retaliation for this post. 3. Image-obsessed. Notice most of my "pros" are the superficial things because the company wants to "show" they care about people. They focus on awards and perks, but I and many of my colleagues did not feel valued as people. 4. Zero focus on professional development, company-wide. 5. Recent lay-offs and pay cuts make me skeptical about the growth potential here.
