      Pros

      Very welcoming of diverse personalities and backgrounds. The mindset of our CEO is extremely ambitious and creates an excitement about working for KT. So many awesome people working for one company is rare, I'm very happy to be apart of this company.

      Cons

      Intensity of hyper-growth startup can be a lot to withstand - may experience burnout. Seeing some people feel undervalued and unhappy with the opportunity for internal growth is an issue.

      Ambitious leadership with lofty vision. We're moving fast to build and creative ideas are rewarded and encouraged. So much opportunity to grow and transform your career here. Humble and hard working people.

      Cons

      If you don't thrive in ambiguity, aren't motivated by problem solving and building, it's not the place for you. There's so much to do, and so much support to do it - but if you're looking for a place where everything's already figured out, it's not going to be the right fit.

      Pros

      Genuine engagement and transparency from leadership. Disrupting a huge industry that is being made safer, more efficient, and more effective. So much good work getting done, and so much more to do - lots of room for ownership and impact.

      Cons

      the normal pains that come with moving and growing fast - but investments are being made to fix these, too.
