One of the worst places I've worked at. I was in the Islamabad office in Pakistan. I think most people in the US won't even know about the office since they have explicitly hidden the office from their clients, and have given pseudo fake names to the workforce that works in the Islamabad office. They regularly lie to the clients on the phone while doing Sales, and the workforce in Islamabad while speaking to KeepTruckin clients claim they are sitting in California. A lot of people are alright with it, but when I was at the office, I felt I was working for a company that lies blatantly, and so doesn't believe in a system of business that is ethically sound.
There are other pressing issues in the office in Islamabad. It stinks of an unprofessional workforce, bullying managers, and a culture in which favoritism thrives; most people are hired through a reference based system. If you are my best friend, I can easily get you in. The management is absolutely awful. They have promoted people who don't hesitate to threaten the entire team in meetings. We were once told in a meeting to either agree to what the management wants to bring, or feel free to get lost the door.
