      Lot's of opportunity to learn, contribute ideas. Successful company, lunch 5 days a week, great office environment. Good people. Flexible time off.

      Work life balance can be difficult, but that goes with the territory of a company growing so quickly.

      -Leadership cares about the team and is very transparent -Leadership is open to feedback -Collaborative team -Great perks (Catered lunches, Unlimited PTO, Team events, Work events very often) -The product is very well received in the market -Very mature environment (not micromanaged)

      Some room to improve on the processes and implementing changes but with a company that has scaled this fast, that is to be expected
