      Pros

      Autonomy, Mastery & Purpose - KeepTruckin pushes all 3 very well. Keeptruckin really works to empower us to radically redefine the transportation industry. Makes me excited to go to work each day.

      Cons

      Hyper-growth means increased complexity and need for strong communication. Certainly a challenge, but nothing which is out of the ordinary.

      - Great Leadership that clearly cares about the employees - Fantastic company culture, everybody gets along well with everybody - Flat hierarchy, executives are very reachable and listen to feedback - Company has clear vision

      Pros

      They give you a Mac book. Competitively better salary but let’s not forget money’s not everything.

      Cons

      Team is communicating to U.S offices but if you’re working in PK office your teams communication is horrible. Work like a factory worker but on only difference is you’ll be given a MAcBook. Management places rules that are not followed by own people. More like an anarchy. Offer free lunch but is horrible. Most people are unprofessional in many ways and managers just care about speaking about English on the floor. If you’re not the first one to complain you’re the culprit!
