      Pros

      This is such a great place to work. The Nashville office is booming and has such a fun atmosphere. The product is one of the best out there and continues to evolve that allows us more opportunity to sell! Everyone works together as a team and is always willing to help each other out. There's lots of growth and change

      Cons

      We are running out of space but thats something that is being worked on which is exciting.

      Open collaborative environment, where everyone is extremely approachable, and everything is transparent. Everyone realizes the important part others have played in the amazing success KT has had in the past year.

      Rapid growth challenges: you make things, break others, learn and improve.

      Pros

      Fantastic opportunity -- managers ask about future career path, and try to cater responsibilities to help you achieve that goal. Everyone, no matter which department, is extremely friendly, welcoming, and ego-averse. Excellent growth, funding, and potential. Brand new office with great amenities. Very fair compensation and benefits package.

      Cons

      Still building out more structure -- but it is most definitely more of a pro than a con since it allows you to contribute to that future structure and growth at a much more higher scale. 401k match -- but expected for a start-up.
