Excellent products and solutions for mobility within Government and Enterprise making Motorola Solutions the absolute thought and technology leader in these markets. Management with long term vision and clear strategy. Truly global company with open minded people. Everybody has the same goal in mind and does everything to help each other to achieve this goal.

Cons

Sometimes slow moving and too much procedures and bureaucracy. There can be politics as well as with any large corporation.

- Good work/life balance - Above average compensation with good salary structure(Annual Performance Incentive on top of CTC, 40% of CTC as basic salary etc.) - Reasonably challenging work and good recognition - Clear policies

Cons

Extreme importance to processes seems to slow down things.. At times more time has to be spent on processes rather than the actual work
