Things went downhill after InfoSpace "acquisition"

Pros

The majority of management was located on the east coast and they were very understanding and flexible to work with the time difference.

Cons

It was difficult to work on assignments when the majority of the team was on a 3 hour time difference. There were about 2 overlapping hours where all members were in the office and not at lunch. The senior management (2007-2010) showed very little promise beyond basic sales and hype-filled presentations.

Great team dynamics with a strong focus on morale and enjoyable working environment.

Cons

Seemingly endless mergers and acquisitions leading to a constant worry regarding redundancies and layoffs. It seems as though nearly every month there were layoffs in the 3 years I was there. Also, very little professional development, (ie: goals, career track discussion, etc)
