      Pros

      More of experience and class driven company, monstrous presence around globe and huge value for our CV. Very professional and there is no Spoon feeding as it should be. All have opportunity to grow and achieve but its up to us to grab otherwise someone else will grab. well paid, increments, performance bonuses

      Not much, may be since its way too big making your presence felt is tough.

      Pros

      Global company, good work culture, try to help as best they can in regards to moving people across the business globally

      Cons

      Retention is low, benefits packages not as competitive as our competitors, communication across the business could be better as a lot of the time employees aren't aware as to what is happening

      Pros

      Wide variety of projects across some interesting sectors and a drive towards being nearer the leading edge these days. Some opportunities for travel seem to be available but it depends on what jobs we are winning. Good work life balance and working environment.

      Cons

      Main gripe is the "employee owned business" aspect. To an extent that's true but the shares in the company rest with a small number and to get offered the chance to buy any you have to be a higher grade and then a favourite with your management. Very disappointing when you consider you can work on the checkouts at your local Asda and soon after be invited into their share scheme.
