Pros

Excellent internal professional networking and opportunities for professional excellence. Great office culture; open, relaxed, friendly, fun! Sports and Social budget available for the office allows office curry nights or activity days. 37.5hr working and flexi-time allows you structure work as you need. High professional standards. Very knowledgeable experts can be found on just about any subject you care to mention. Good pay which is continuous reviewed against industry. Large number of training courses available (in theory).

Cons

In SNI there seems to be a lack of really good projects. Lack of excitement and drive seems business as usual. Employee owned culture expects over time to be taken as unpaid. No training budget; CPD and training is by your own effort as it is see as your own benefit. No backing to professional excellence or CSR activities from management; all by your own work.
