      You have the freedom to do anything at professional level as long as you are not offending someone or going against company policies. Your promotions and compensations come around as you grow with the company until a stage. Then you need to have a God Father in the company for professional growth.

      Challenging jobs give great opportunity to learn. Just be proactive and you can take on responsibility for practicing your skills

      Where I worked corporate support was limited, which I assume is not the same in other countries. Salaries were not the best!
