      Unethical Practices

      Pros

      Health insurance, competitive pay, not much else.

      Cons

      Unethical engineering practices run rampant. People commuting fraud against their clients is normalized. Others comfortable ignoring quality practices. Gas lighting is a normal characteristic. I've never worked for such an unethical company. Issues are ignored by HR.

      Poor training done by impatient boss

      Easy commute from my home and nice offices

      Cons

      Being trained by a very harsh, impatient, angry critical boss. Being belittled and yelled at. And then HR doing nothing to correct the situation after I told them and provided proof.
