MM say they benchmark salary and benefits but the pay isn't good. While competitors have managed to keep pay up with inflation MM struggles to retain staff given its poor offering.

Unprofessional conduct and in-fighting by management and co-workers. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is experienced in the workplace and is not an engineer. Career advancement is very much in the old network + 20 years in the company. You can check the profiles of old employees that only have a bachelor's or maybe a master's degree. They treated people with no respect and bullied them. Asked twice to join meetings during holidays by colleagues and supervisors. Ineffective HR department which contributes to bullying. Bullying comes from high management to the end of the chain. This company expects you to work hard for no return. Only 21 leave days per year. Little communication skills. Mott Mac operates a blame culture. I eventually found a new job and escaped.
