      Pros

      Management is well mannered, great office, invests in technology, latest and fastest software and hardware.

      Cons

      Needs more experienced staff, senior NZ staff is struggling managing staff from other countries helping deliver the projects. NZ management has gone greedy. Used to be every Christmas there's some vouchers and give aways for employees. Last year there's record profit but no give aways on Christmas whatsoever. Now on staff presentations they don't show how much the company is earning. Bonuses only on senior staff and shareholders. Surely all staff deserves bonuses too ??

      Pros

      none really. There are a number of good people that work in the Calgary office but beyond that ... no pro's. If seen other reviews that state similar to mine.

      Cons

      Lots. Poor working atmosphere Poor training Its tough times that the management are using to work people hard. There is a saying that is hung over people,"There are 10 people i can get to do your job if you don't want it" The management is a bunch of guys in the US that are nothing less than entitled and lord over everyone. I'm looking for a new opportunity.

      Poor development and no pay related rewards. Low pay rises. Blame culture. Silos within departments. Promote long term employees. Hire cheap visa workers.
