Utterly disappointed on the turn the company is taking

- Diverse projects - Generally inclusive environment - Good if you are a graduate or in a high seniority position

Cons

- Work culture varies HUGELY from division to division. The one that I am in is being managed absolutely terribly the higher management has not done anything to address this, despite very poor engagement survey results. - Feels like we are being treated as numbers. As long as the numbers crunch, everything is fine. - Salary not “competitive”. - The company fails to reckognise high performers - if nothing else, the ones who seem to be rewarded are the ones who have been in MM forever, without necessarily adding any value or justifying their salaries.

The day to day work is very dull, no room for change or challenge. Very strict timesheets to reach maximum utilisation, that ends up to working over hours for no recognition.

Dont find any plus point to work for this company.

Cons

No facilities for employee, one of the worst company to work for, dont find any point to call this is an MNC ,they just dont bother about employee wellness, no proper cafe no, food facility in Mumbai office, really lacking in basic amenities, total negligence.managements lack of interest they just want to get the work done.
