      Bullying and lack of empathy.

      Pros

      Client offices were a happy release from the bullying management.

      Cons

      Associates push down and promotion to ensure their own bonuses are maximised. You are just a number and the company do not care about you. When my wife had cancer, they would not move me nearer to home. There is a bullying tendency which I noticed from a few senior managers.

      Don’t ever consider joining this company. They frequently shut down operation centers and fire entire teams, often relocating operations either north or south, making it appear as if employees left voluntarily. Recently, in the US, over 20 employees were fired without any prior notice. Their LinkedIn posts are highly misleading—when they announce a “new office opening,” it usually means they’ve just laid off around 100 people and are starting over with new hires. The constant restructuring and lack of transparency make this company highly unstable and untrustworthy. Think 100 times before joining

      No collaboration among team members, lack of organizational structure, and no accountability from senior management.
