Pros

Until now working for Motts felt stable and flexible. Kind, empathetic people driven by sustainability and innovation.

Cons

- Employees can’t work from abroad any longer. The decision was made completely off guard, without prior consultation. The employees were informed that the change was ‘effective since 2 weeks ago’- it feels hopeless and rather inconsiderate. So I do not recommend MM especially to foreigners… -very slow career progression -low salary

As a consultancy, they are a relic of something from the 80's. Under the microscope all the time. Micro-managed to a disturbing level. Not up to date with mental health and well being at all.

- Good salary - Great work/life balance - Very nice people - Amazing office and facilities - Strong company in the engineering world

Cons

- Massive career downgrade for someone in data and tech. Average clients for average provider. "C" players that think they are A players. - Got allocation junior roles. - Staff augmentation model. The managers have no idea what is the difference between consultancy and staff augmentation. The department is purely staff augmentation/HR resource for the long established engineering clients they won previously. - You never talk to sales - Too much politically correct. Cringe. - A lot of talkers, PPT and Word Doc people world. A lot of talk and no actual depth. If you want depth and quality this is not the place to be. - Happy bunny environment where everyone hearts everyone's messages. Extremely cringe and unprofessional. - Timesheets are a joke. The whole process. The technology used is outdated and full of bugs.
