      Extremely poor Management who like to Exploit Employment Law.

      Pros

      Good APC structure in place for Employees studying towards their RICS. Good work and life balance. Work locations are fair.

      Cons

      Management pay little or no attention to their staffs career progression. Hire and fire policy exploits Employment laws. Not a very friendly working environment with little or no collaboration.

      Pros

      Great company to start in, lots of variety in project work, great starting salary as a graduate (MEng).

      Cons

      Salary does not climb quickly after starting. Can't buy shares in the company until E grade (usually 3-4 years after gaining chartership). A Civil engineer's title remains as 'Graduate Engineer' until you charter with the relevant body, unlike at other firms where you can become an assistant engineer after 2-3 years.
