- Brilliant people to work alongside on a day-to-day basis. - Good flexibility - Interesting projects.

Cons

- Senior management are cold and inaccessible - Not interested in staff on a personal level or backing staff initiatives. - Awful staff retention - losing many valuable senior leaders and graduates.

Good company, horrible management

Pros

Hybrid work model, but will be resuming to five days in office soon.

Cons

Micromanges, toxic middle management. Inflexible vacation pretty much no time off during month end, quarter end year end or when someone else is also away. No opportunities for growth or promotion.
