Caring and rewarding work culture

Pros

Work life balance was good and you could work from home easily, caring management who are down to earth, good social atmosphere in my team and company parties and nice colleagues. Active social committee. Training on stress management for managers showed the company cared about wellbeing and health and safety. Lots of opportunities to develop yourself and grow

Cons

Poor pay, opportunities to progress, some managers can stagnate and obvious some are waiting for retirement which can limit progression for others and damage their development.

Work culture is good. Work life balance. Staff is very much friendly. Well structured graduate program. They care for employees

Cons

It's only being 2 months i have been working and i didn't find any cons related to work. I even tried to ask some seniors regarding it and even they didn't had any.
