      1. Great opportunity to be involved in a large number of great projects across the world. 2. Collaboration with people from different countries/ backgrounds 3. Job security

      Cons

      1. Lots of things depend on your line manager including your promotion and career progression. If you are lucky to get an advanced manager your life in the company will be much easier otherwise you risk to become demotivated which would definitely affect your efficiency at work. 2. Little or no incentives for lower grades. 3. On practice company applies different principles/values in different parts of the world

      Pros

      Interesting and varied work just not enough of it. Some really good people to work with. Although the good ones are often overlooked

      Cons

      Too political. Half the staff should pass on their knowledge and promote more graduates. Stale pale and male. This truly is an old boys network with useless managers in a position of power

      Pros

      Over the past 8 years of working for Mott MacDonald my role has changed and adapted to my skills and abilities as well as the changes in my home life (maternity leave etc). If you work hard then you are rewarded with opportunities and exciting challenges.

      Cons

      Salaries aren't brilliant but my opinion is that you don't do what we do for money, we do it to change the world.
