      Pros

      Some high calibre people and great teamworkers. Flexible working.

      Cons

      Doesn't seem to be the same company it was 5-10 years ago. Collaboration giving way to cliques and silo mentality, but different teams could vary. People seem less valued.

      1. Higher pay compared to the industry competitors 2. Hybrid work model 3. Well-known and reputed firm within the industry

      1. Keep your concerns to yourself because they will never be heard. 2. Want to experiment and suggest a different approach? It's their way or highway 3. Not a people-centric culture. 4. Playing favourites? Oh absolutely yes!
