      Extremely poor management and lack of transparency

      Brand name and international projects, but that is where the positives end.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized and lacks transparency. Promises made during hiring were not respected, communication was poor, and decisions were inconsistent and negatively affected employees’ professional development. There was little support, limited accountability, and a culture that placed blame on staff rather than addressing management issues. This experience had a negative impact on my professional confidence and career planning.

      Nothing positive is there in this company.

      Cons

      No culture, no values. There is a lot of politics. No matter from which background you are or for which profile you have joined as, this company will surely degrade your skills and motivation. There is no proper way of working for anything. No one sticks here for long and after joining only i realized why no one sticks here. This company will play with your mental health. Dont join if you want a downfall. There are no projects, people are sitting idle for almost years and then they get fired. Many of the women in the organisation doesnt know how to run a company and work in a professional manner
