Mostly a great place to work but some issues which makes things stressful

People are friendly and knowledgeable Good pay relative for ecology Paid overtime or take time back Fun Variety of work Good work-life balance

Cons

Too established, won't change for anything. No work mobiles - ridiculous & a massive health & safety violation. Rigorous timesheets that your world revolves around with 5 angry messages sent if you're about 1 minute late doing it, threatening no promotion etc. if you don't fill them out on time. No overtime codes, everything has to be put to a project, makes both lack of work and too much work extremely stressful. Slow to promote.

Pay scale is good they give jobs to women who were on long breaks

Cons

Not streamlined they do not have manpower planning when they recruit. I guess they only recruit to fill pisition for timebeing which can pose as threat to your career m still facing it. before taking interview they promise you things but they can fire you any moment without informing. Their internal communication is weak. Work life balance is just to show Flexible work hours are only for few teams. Managing director is worst.
