Business Outlook
Pros
- very social company (winter and summer balls, sports day, ECP socials, etc.), but depends on your fancy, felt like too many for me sometimes. - Bonuses. - Nice offices with coffee machines.
Cons
- Low salary, but that's just consultancy as a whole. - Poor management of project budgets. - Extremely difficult to get unbillable hours (e.g. expect to join team meetings and do admin tasks etc whilst either billing to a project or making it up in your own time). - London office can feel ‘cold’, most people just stick to their social bubbles. - Feels like nepotism in hiring of graduates. Most are from private school backgrounds and look down their nose at others, and have little work ethic.
