I guess the unlimited booze.

Cons

It seemed cool if you were fresh out of college and wanted a neat place to work. Then when you realize there is no one in charge it got a little weird. I was warned about this by a friend who previously worked there but thought what I saw from the outside was solid. When you go in there you realize it's just a bunch of people that don't know what they're doing being lead by someone with a dismal track record.
