The list goes on but Motus is the best place I have ever worked. Everyone is fantastic, the product is amazing, and the company is really going places. If you want to jumpstart your career, this is the place to do it.

-A lot of very smart people. You're challenged here on a daily basis and constantly learning from all areas of the company. The team here is great and everybody fully trusts their teammates to do their job well. -Great culture - It's a fun place to work where your coworkers are also your friends, and everyone can be themselves in an office environment. -Management trusts its employees and gets out of the way. There's no limit to career growth here. If you prove yourself to be an effective/competent employee, you will very quickly see promotions and greater responsibility. -Inter-departmental collaboration - culture allows for access to leaders and executives from all departments, not just your own.
