Thanks for sharing your feedback — we know every experience at Motus can be different depending on your team, and this is a good reminder of where we still have work to do. We are making real progress in areas like DEIB, recognition, and development — but if it’s not something you’ve felt or seen, that tells us we need to do a better job connecting the dots. Whether it’s the results of our DEIB audit and efforts (this is an OKR), the updates we’ve made to how we celebrate wins and milestones, or the tools we’ve rolled out to support growth — we’ve taken action, but we clearly need to keep improving how we communicate and follow through. Appreciate you taking the time to be candid. We’re not where we want to be yet, but we’re committed to getting better — and making sure the experience feels more consistent for everyone.
