Lots of days off due to different work schedule. 36 hours one week then 48 the following week. Easy going coworkers and very lenient supervisors until you become experienced and know what you are doing. Perfect attendance bonus and possibility of earning 2 personal days for perfect attendance.

12 Hour shifts can be tough very physically demanding.
Willing to work with you when you need time off. They leave you alone as long as you are doing your job.
Cons
Don't take or enforce a teamwork approach. They don't seem to care if the company fails or succeeds. They don't talk to hourly guys to seek input before implementing new procedures. They always want more but are not willing to give more.
