Pros
Fair pay! You work 3 12 hr days one week and then 4 days the next with that 4th day which is on sunday and always paid at overtime rate. Most people are decent humans but just like every place you still have a couple deadbeat lowlifes who abuse fmla or just don't really want to work and still expect to get paid. Also s union shop which hasots own pros snd cons!
Cons
Lack of accountability due to the company being scared of losing guys which then contributed to poor work ethics and poor attitude which affects the moral of the place. Front office knows of ongoing problems but refuses to hear about any issues that are happening in the plant. Only wants to hear solutions! And doesn't care from where you might pull it out from!
