      Pros

      Remote work,flexible hours,coworkers get along with each other.

      Cons

      Management expects unrealistic goals. Pick and choose who they train correctly and will never respond to calls or emails but reprimand when you don't respond quickly. Will always remind staff that "they are the boss and can fire you at will". Bosses used to be supportive and helpful. The current management is not. People are leaving one right after the other and the higher ups don't care.
