Pros
The people I worked with day-to-day were amazing and I learned so much from them. There was always an opportunity to learn which was something I was looking for in a job.
Cons
Upper management in MSHS sometimes seemed disorganized in their decision-making. It led to confusion among the regular staff. There were days when it wasn't clear what the goals were and how we were expected to execute the company vision.
