easy recruitment and selection process worked with mostly young people who were also attending school or planning for advanced education
Cons
Tense environment i.e.between administration and workers department administrator was somewhat of a micro-manager and only focused on achieving financial goals of department poor communication between staff and administrators low salary lack of support for career goals good if you want a normal 9-5 job. Principal Investigator was highly rude and authoritative than usual
