      We got to work hybrid, but that is now coming to an end. This causes you to be around toxic employees.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. Leadership is the cause of toxicity and needs training. They have no room for growth even though they tell you that there is. They don't want you to leave due to high turnover. Cannot use you PTO the way you would like, there is a lot of restrictions. If you lose a family member they do not care, they want you to still work and will retaliate or try to stop from taking bereavement and PTO time off.
