Pros

Good salary, decent benefits (though they REALLY push you to use doctors within Sinai network), allowed WFH

Cons

- Passive-aggressive and incompetent leadership who pass the buck of responsibility/labor to lower-paid employees (particularly women and people of color) while they take all the credit. - Culture of favoritism and hierarchy between upstate and downstate employees. - Constant threatening to take away WFH privileges, even though I specifically negotiated for them when accepting the position. - No opportunities for growth, lack of transparency about what it would even take to grow in this role.
