Pros

MS3 seems to be a good company. The other employees are nice and knowledgable. The two star rating is no reflection on the company personal. There are a lot of opportunities to learn new technology.

Cons

After starting there were some discrepancy between what the recruiter said and what the company expected. Travel expectations where not clearly stated. The recruiter said one thing and after I started there where varying expectations and requirements, depending on who you spoke too. The training program was not well defined. The training program was loosely put together, often there were no well defined goals. There is a stipulation on the "Bootcamp" you go through, if you leave the company before a year you have to pay the cost back. While I understand that this is common practice and is a way to protect the company. With this in mind, the company should make sure that the training is well defined.

Thank you for the feedback. You were required to pay back your "Bootcamp" training because you were not able to successfully complete the bootcamp training. Bootcamp is expected to be completed within 3 months of hire date, however, you were given over 5 months to complete and still were unable to finish the training nor pass the certification test that is required to go onto a customer assignment. Because you were unable to pass "Bootcamp" nor pass the certification exam you were never placed on any assignments therefore you were never required to travel, so we do not understand what you are eluding to with your comment about "Travel Expectations" as you never had to travel. MS3 is prized with some of the top talent in the industry and this talent is why MS3 ranked #1 IT Services Company by INC magazine and #55 Innovative company by Entrepreneur magazine. This is why MS3's "BootCamp" is difficult, but we also have to set a time limit for which it must be completed. We hope that you do better at your next job and we wish you the best of luck.
