Pros

Friendly co-workers throuhout the different departments; tuition re-imbersement; office is close to good restaurants......

Cons

No growth potential, very clickish, they promote based on who is in the click, not the potential, education or credentials of the employee....poor pay unless you're in Sr. Management; acknowledge accomplishments of the company with T-shirts and pizza parties, when a bonus check would be nice instead.

Pros

Easy to reach as it's located at the heart of the city, A well-connected place. Gained exposure working with global teams, especially the Texas (Mansfield) office Opportunities to learn and grow in the early years Flexible work culture during its peak

Cons

One thing we always heard — especially from senior leaders visiting from the Texas HQ — was how proud the company was that it never laid anyone off, not even during the 2008 recession. That gave us confidence. Sadly, that promise meant nothing in the end. In Jan 2025, around 700 employees across global offices were let go without warning — many of us blindsided after years of loyalty. What makes it worse is the hiring spree that happened just a couple of years ago during COVID. In Bangalore alone, headcount went from around 300 to 900. That kind of growth without foresight shows a serious lack of planning. Leadership in India often feels powerless — unable to stand up for the team here or push back on unreasonable expectations from the US. We're expected to deliver everything, but rarely given the compensation, recognition, or support that reflects that. The past year has been chaotic: senior leaders being abruptly let go, trust eroded by whispers of internal mismanagement, and a growing sense that no one’s really steering the ship. It’s been a hard fall from what once felt like a dependable place to grow a career.

Pros

Wonderful atmosphere. When I first started I was treated like long-lost family, and my co-workers were great to be around and happy. Suppliers would frequently come in and bring lunch, or have fun, promotional events. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

I loved Mouser when I first started, it was my home away from home. But then they brought in a new manager off the street that didn't know how anything worked, and she took it upon herself to 'shorten the nooses' around the office, making everyone miserable. I ended up being harassed by another employee that I had to work alone with at night, and since he was favored by not only our immediate manager, but upper-management, I ended up fired for reporting his behavior. They didn't even listen to my side of things, and immediately started saying that I was just trying to get him fired. Management wasn't fair in their process of handling the situation. Every time I asked management, HR and upper management if I could move away from him, they said that they couldn't move my desk because it would "cost the department money". In short, this place is great unless you have an HR issue, then expect to be treated like dirt and possibly fired.
