Pros
This is in regard to the office jobs. I have never worked in the warehouse. Everyone is very friendly. Senior management is approachable. It is quite relaxed compared to many companies. Very laid back atmosphere.
Cons
First off, the pay is well below average. Raises are insultingly low as well. Many jobs are entirely monotonous and repetitive, which is admittedly somewhat expected. Also, they do not often promote from within. Most managers and directors are hired from outside. This obviously leads to another big problem - there is very little opportunity to move vertically within the company. Communication is also poor in the company. A lot of important information is passed along late and in a very nonchalant manner.
