Pros

very less no of colleagues are supportive. Less workload.

Cons

Very disappointing experience - 1. Toxic work environment with favouritism. Manager shows favouritism and ignore other normal employees. 2. Constant micromanagement from insecure leaders. 3. Disgusting work culture with disorganized Management which lacks proper direction. 4. Feedbacks given by employees are less heard and never given importance to most of the employees. Rather they are treated as disposable. 5. Raises and promotions are rare, regardless of performance.

Pros

Reasonable pay, weekend off. Happy colleagues around without the leaders.

Cons

Although is an MNC company but working style worst than SME. Top management overly protect senior staff, lacking a lot of advancement to oversee leadership. Micromanage and no trust in staff while WFH. Leaders expect staff to report work strength whereby themselves are mostly away from desk. When customer requested for a zoom meeting manager first to reject and ask yourself to be the "manager."
