      Pros

      Berkshire Hathaway Co. Stable. Lots of overtime. Possible work 6 days a week.

      Cons

      High turnover, too many meetings of the same things. Unfair with promotions - too much favoritism. It all depends on who you know - if friends with higher management the better opportunities you have to get better pay and move up.

      The warehouse offers a decent hourly pay and all the over time you could want. They're always hiring.

      Cons

      Management is not up to par, the schedules are somewhat uncomfortable. A lot of management and warehouse employees quit often.

      Nice, clean office. Free parking.

      Cons

      If your boss likes you and you share the same exact personal opinions, you're in. If they don't, then they pick on you regardless of your high productivity statistics until you want to quit. Having many friends, I know they spread rumors and innuendos about you among other managers. You find yourself constantly watching your own back because nobody else will. No department named because this review could get me fired.
