Pros

Company parties, electronics at a discount, decent pay and benefits, honestly I cannot think of any other benefits of working at this company.

Cons

Only hard-nosed bullies who are disrespectful and demeaning are valued by management. Politics, positioning, blocking, secrets and gossip are a normal part of daily life.

None that I can think of. Employees were not pleasant, just plenty of gossip if you like that kind of thing.

Cons

Management was not helpful, could not get clear directions on what was expected in my position. The processes in place are hard to follow, cause loss of productivity.
