      Free T-shirts. Nice cafeteria. Free parking.

      Cons

      It's very very much an good old boys club. If you are not one of the in-crowd thats been here for ten years, forget it. Favoritism is as normal as breathing. If you are not a favorite no matter how good your work you will get bad (or no) review and no raise. If you are a favorite you can spend all day playing video games and get great pay and benefits. This is NOT an exaggeration - I repeat - I am not exaggerating. Minorities need not apply, including anyone from either US coast or a major city not in Texas. Pay and benefits are substandard. If you have any integrity and believe in honesty prepare to be looked down upon and despised. I've seen people cry. Someone should do a movie.

      Pros

      Large Break Room. Some potential for upward mobility if you're willing to put up with quite a bit of waiting. Good employee discounts on parts.

      Cons

      Clickish, juvenile behavior from all levels of management. 6 month waiting period before moving to another position. Poor Heathcare. The CEO calls himself the King of Mansfield.

      The pay is good. Great benefits. Employees are awesome.

      Cons

      Too much favoritism from managers and directors. The managers and directors never acknowledge the hard work you put forth. A pat on the back or even a good morning would do wonders. They are to self centered. They also spend more time on Facebook and on their phones but makes sure your phone is off your desk.
