      Great atmosphere, very convenient

      Cons

      Lots pressure, high performance, favoritism for some and low pay for most. Managers don't care, just walk around and talk. Directors care over the numbers.

      Pros

      If you WANT to learn & move up you can. Every year I've received a raise. Fastest growing company in the Industry. Coworkers have been great.

      Cons

      To move up you have to learn the Mouser language & do a bit of an artful dance. Knowing the "right" people & going to them for things is important. (You can do this without kissing butt thank goodess).The business is slow to act on some changes. Patience is your best friend here.

      The atmosphere is great. Morale is always high. They put a lot of effort in to making employees feel appreciated.

      Cons

      Pay is about 20% below industry average. Medical insurance lacks a lot.
