      Pros

      Very layed back company. 2 people are responsible for P&L , therefore no one is required to make decisions. If you can handle making 2-3% increase a year with no chance of promotion it's great.

      Cons

      This company does not openly goal or career plan with employee's, the few promotions come from within a tight circle of senior management based on personalities and not effort, success and experience. Many incompetant mangers dating back to just a few years ago when revenue was under $10M. Employees are simply pawns.

      Pros

      Family atmosphere amongst the employee's, little pressure or responsibility. Do your job and life is good. Being acquired by TTI and than Berkshire Hathaway has enable 20+ % growth annually.

      Cons

      No raises or career path support. Good ol boys club, if your in you get promoted, out your stuck where you are for good. Pay is out dated, 80% of 500+ make below $25K. Exec are ego maniacs, as the growth has outgrown their capabilities. Nepotism is also a big thing, CEO has 4 family members working for him.

      Pros

      Atmosphere, growth. Friendly industry to be in. alot of good people work here. It is a fun place to work with alot change happening every year. There is alot of tolerance involved. There is very little turn over at the company and many people like it here.

      Cons

      Low Pay, no recognition, Pay does not increase with company growth. there are alot of "growing pains" from the company growing so fast. However if business increases 25 persent do not expect a raise or even a bonus, it is expected and the money that is said could be used for more salary is supposedly used to hire more staff.
