Pros

Warehouse was always clean. After your off training you can listen to headphones which makes time go by so much better! Casual Fridays. Decent benefits package. Overtime. Good job for high schoolers or just out of high school.

Cons

Management is extremely lazy! Mouser doesn't care about their employees. For example I personally went an talked to the warehouse HR manager Deanna Kiser about some things that were going on and she told me they weren't there for employee satisfaction, they were there for customer satisfaction. - This being the reason I walked out on them. They don't care for you or your family. They take away breaks and cut down lunch times at the last minute and you are expected to do as told. Pay is way lower than any other warehouse jobs in the area. They expect you to be trained in other departments with out increase in pay. Advancements are poor and not much of a pay raise for added responsibility.

Pros

Family atmosphere, caring management. Feedback is given about job performance, once a year formal reviews but daily/weekly/monthly coaching occurs.

Cons

Pay could be better, but competitive with what's available out there these days.

Pros

Vacation and time allotments are very competitive and it is definitely a growing industry. Many VP and upper mangers have an open door policy.

Cons

It seems that since becoming a Berkshire Hathaway company, they are trying to increase the bottom line by lowering starting salaries and not promoting from within to prevent paying higher salaries.
