Working culture is not good.

After many years of service, I was asked to leave without a clear explanation or meaningful discussion. It appeared that certain interpersonal conflicts and negative internal dynamics may have influenced management’s perception of me. I felt that some colleagues were able to share one-sided feedback with leadership, and I was never given an opportunity to address or clarify these concerns. Management relied heavily on informal input rather than direct communication or structured performance reviews. Conflict resolution within the team was inconsistent, leading to an environment where misunderstandings could escalate.
