Pros

1. Facilities: On site gym, Which Wich, Ave C, Multiple Break Rooms, Mother's Room, Quiet Room for study, Ping Pong Tables, multiple outdoor Patios. 2. Decent dental and vision plans 3. Easy to move departments to gain more experience 4. Two company bonuses (but they're small) 5. Darling of the Electronics Industry, many suppliers wanting to do business with us. We break sales records every year. 6. Truly dedicated to the end customer experience. 7. Room for upward mobility if you FIGHT for it.

Cons

1. You have the FIGHT for advancement. 2. Terribly underpaid. Way below industry standards. Considering the company breaks sales records yearly there should be subsequent compensation. 3. Incompetent middle management in the Products department. 4. No formal off site work policy. Working on the Supplier Mgmt side of the business there is no real reason to be in the office daily. Especially as most of our supplier partners work from their homes, it's already acceptable within the industry. 5. HR is useless in regards to medical needs inside the office - pretty sure they're breaking ADA regulations. The dept needs to be thoroughly reviewed and cleaned up 6. Unfortunate nepotism and promotion of people who are not ready for the roles.
