Pros

- Great snacks - Seemingly fun work environment

Cons

- There is absolutely zero career matrix or opportunity for growth (which was promised to nearly every new hire) - The product is the equivalent of selling a Ferrari - not necessary when there are cheaper products that do the same thing well - Company seems to be naive regarding competition - not much opportunity within the market resulting in unmet goals by SDR and sales teams

Pros

Great product. Generally relaxed atmosphere with a very smart and active staff. Fun perks like a keg, iced coffee, and as much pink kool-aid as you can drink. Good growth opportunities.

Cons

Management is not open to new ideas. Small click of 4-5 people make all the decisions and they already know everything. My director was arrogant, didn't follow-up when expected, and mistreated customers. Slow to innovate. Bigger competitors are making them obsolete.

Pros

- amazing clients - beautiful office space (ping pong, shuffleboard) - fast growth means new responsibilities - super nice people - great Flatiron location

Cons

- fast growth has meant not a lot of training - they could try to hang onto the small company culture as they get bigger
